1. Supply Chain Social Responsibility
MACHVISION places strong emphasis on corporate social responsibility and actively promotes positive development and sustainability throughout the industry and supply chain. We collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure safe and healthy working conditions, protect labor rights, and enforce strict ethical business conduct.
ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements are integrated into supplier management standards. We have established comprehensive evaluation and reward/penalty mechanisms and regularly assess supplier performance to ensure compliance with sustainability expectations.
These efforts help safeguard product quality and service standards while expanding sustainable practices across the supply chain. MACHVISION believes that working hand-in-hand with suppliers is essential to achieving sustainable industry development. We will continue to strengthen supply chain sustainability management, foster a safe, fair, and environmentally responsible partnership ecosystem, and create long-term shared value.
2. Environmental Requirements for Suppliers
MACHVISION clearly requires suppliers to comply with applicable environmental regulations — including the Noise Control Act, Air Pollution Control Act, and Waste Management Act — and to implement effective environmental protection measures.
We support capability enhancement for local suppliers, protect labor rights, and prioritize domestic procurement. Together with our suppliers, we promote energy-saving, water-saving, and waste-reduction initiatives.
If a supplier violates regulations, they must immediately submit and implement a corrective plan. MACHVISION is committed to building a safe, environmentally responsible, and socially accountable supply chain through strict standards and close collaboration.
3. Supplier Safety & Health Requirements
Suppliers must comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, sign the Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Commitment Letter and Workplace Hazard Communication Statement, and review MACHVISION’s safety management guidelines.
Suppliers are required to implement occupational safety management and hazard-prevention measures to ensure workplace safety and prevent risks to personnel.
4. Supplier Evaluation
MACHVISION conducts annual supplier evaluations based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, and service capability to build strong and long-term partnerships. Suppliers are also expected to meet ESG requirements to support sustainable supply chain development.
Outstanding suppliers may receive increased order allocation, while underperforming suppliers will be prioritized for improvement guidance or face reduced orders until improvement is achieved.
In alignment with Taiwan’s Corporate Governance 3.0 and Sustainability Action Plan, in 2024 we required suppliers to sign the Integrity Commitment Letter and the Supplier ESG Commitment Letter. These documents set clear expectations for ethical conduct and ESG responsibilities and serve as key criteria for future supplier ESG assessments.
