Governance Structure：
The Board of Directors oversees the Company’s climate-related issues, formulates operational management policies, and supervises decision-making processes.
The Sustainability Development Committee (SDC) is responsible for coordinating climate change mitigation, adaptation, risk identification, scenario analysis, strategy formulation, and target setting.
Under the committee, the ESG Task Force regularly reports implementation results to the SDC, which in turn submits periodic progress and risk reports to the Board.
MACHVISION focuses on two key aspects—climate change mitigation and adaptation—by formulating and promoting relevant strategies.
Through identifying, analyzing, and assessing climate-related risks and opportunities, the Company evaluates their potential financial impacts and sets clear mitigation and adaptation targets. Progress toward these goals is periodically reviewed to ensure continuous improvement.
