Instruction on Shareholder Feedback Mailbox
1. In response to the implementation of the Personal Information Protection Act, MACHVISION will not provide your personal information for others for purposes other than the business needs without your consent. Based on the statutory duties and the division of work, we will forward your e-mail to the unit in charge, which is responsible to reply to you. By doing this, your personal information (such as name, telephone number, and e-mail) will be forwarded to the unit in charge, along with the e-mail.
2. In case of the need for the confidentiality of the content and the identity or considering the possible risk of information safety caused by the electronic transmission, we recommend that you send the feedback to us by post (address: No. 2-3, Industrial East Road II, Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu City) and add “Confidential” to the envelope. After receiving your mail, we will forward it to the unit in charge.
3. Regarding mails for the same cause, we will process these mails together without further notice, unless they provide new evidence.
