Since 2018, MACHVISION has continuously upgraded its workplace environment — from renovating the café and building a new sports complex to refreshing our office areas. In 2024, we further redesigned lift lobbies, pantries, and restrooms on every floor to provide colleagues with a more comfortable, relaxing, and visually pleasant workspace.Beyond interior design, we place great emphasis on ergonomic support. Because employees spend most of their workday seated, taking care of their back and reducing spinal load is essential. After a company-wide seat testing and voting process, we replaced all chairs with premium, breathable ergonomic models that offer comfort for both work and rest.

• Comprehensive 24/7 surveillance system 
• All building entrances are equipped with access control card readers or facial recognition devices.
• Security personnel patrol the premises during nighttime and holidays to ensure site safety.
• Facial recognition devices include temperature-detection features; if a person’s temperature exceeds the threshold, access is denied and an automated email notification is sent to designated personnel to prevent infectious disease intrusion.
• For employees diagnosed with a statutory infectious disease who cannot work from home due to job requirements, a meeting room on the first floor—with necessary hardware—will be arranged as a remote-work space to protect colleagues and ensure proper care.

• All mechanical, electrical, and fire safety equipment undergo scheduled maintenance annually, quarterly, monthly, or weekly as required, and are inspected and reported in accordance with regulations to ensure optimal functionality at all times.
• In compliance with fire safety regulations, a certified fire inspection company is commissioned to conduct fire safety checks across the facility, achieving zero deficiencies in the annual report submitted to the Fire Department.
• In accordance with the Building Public Safety Inspection and Reporting Regulations (biennial), a certified architectural firm is commissioned to perform public safety inspections of the building.

• A self-defense fire safety team has been established.
• Occupational safety and health (OSH) management is implemented by the General Administration Office as the primary unit, promoting environmental, safety, and health practices, including periodic awareness campaigns on earthquakes, fires, and industrial safety incidents.
• In accordance with the Company’s Disaster Response Procedures, emergency evacuation drills and fire equipment training are conducted every six months. These drills clearly define the roles and responsibilities of all personnel during emergencies, major incidents, or general accidents, covering disaster prevention, incident handling, and reporting procedures.

To ensure a safe and comfortable working environment, workplace environment monitoring is conducted every six months in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Monitoring Regulations. All monitoring results consistently meet—and exceed—legal requirements.

In accordance with the Regulations for Labor Health Protection, the company appoints contracted occupational health physicians and nurses to provide employee health services, including health assessments, consultations, and emergency medical response.

The company provides health examination items and frequencies that exceed legal standards, offering regular on-the-job medical checkups for all employees. Through comprehensive occupational health services, we support employees’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping them achieve balance across work, life, and health.

Professional massage therapists and dedicated equipment are provided on-site to help employees relieve stress and physical discomfort, improve overall well-being, and enhance work efficiency.
