DAWN AOI
DAWN AOI is the latest generation of inline color AOI from MACHVISION. It develops the latest 3S inspection technology based on the excellent inspection capabilities of the previous generation. It not only improves the inspection accuracy and more accurately detects defects or avoids misjudgments, but also it greatly enhances the protrusion, nick and fine short detection capabilities under low contrast, providing a perfect solution for line inspection under the trend of PCB industry quality requirements advancing with the times.
In addition to improved detection capabilities, PanGu AOI is also equipped with AI-driven Insight technology, which can greatly enhance the clarity of traditional defect images, allowing personnel to see them clearly during group re-check, effectively reducing the chance of missed re-check and misjudgments. In terms of optical design, a newly designed dynamic imaging stabilizing wheel system is introduced, with multiple rollers and a simple design integrated with the light source. Together with the automatic plate thickness detection mechanism, there are no longer false points or missed detections caused by blurred images, giving full play to the high productivity characteristics of inline AOI.
